We review schedule quality (DCMA 14-point assessment), cost and earned value performance, and risk exposure (including Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis), and agree the scope of a written audit report for owners, lenders, insurers or boards.
Fee: US$500 per hour, during working days and hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Bangkok time). Your first 15-minute introductory session is free.
